What We Believe
The Bible is the foundation of our faith. These short statements introduce several teachings that shape our worship and daily life.
God
We believe in God the Father, His eternal Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Godhead.
Salvation in Christ
Salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ. He lived without sin, died for our sins, rose again, and ministers for us in heaven. His grace forgives and transforms the believer.
The Holy Scriptures
The Old and New Testaments are the inspired Word of God and the trustworthy guide for faith and Christian living.
Creation and the Sabbath
God created the world in six days and blessed the seventh day as the Sabbath. From Friday sunset to Saturday sunset, we set aside ordinary work to worship, rest, and fellowship with God and one another.
A New Life
Those who follow Christ are called to a life of prayer, obedience, purity, modesty, healthful living, compassion, and service—not to earn salvation, but as the fruit of His grace.
The Heavenly Sanctuary
Jesus is our High Priest in the heavenly sanctuary. He ministers for His people and prepares them for His return.
The Second Coming
Jesus will return personally, visibly, and gloriously. We seek to live faithfully and help others prepare for that day.
